Our premium off-campus rentals are a short drive to MU, hospitals, insurance companies, shopping and downtown.
Meticulously maintained units are available as one or two bedroom apartments and two bedroom duplexes.
Our off-campus units are sought by faculty, graduate students and professionals wanting quiet, pleasant surroundings in Columbia’s nicer residential areas.
We start leasing in January and February for August occupancy.
