We reserve three properties–more than 40 living units–for graduate and professional students and post-docs: Ashley Ridge, Oakwood Terrace and a two-bedroom duplex home and two one-bedroom apartments. Our units are continuously updated and meticulously maintained and we offer prompt and professional attention to any matter that might arise.

Ashley Ridge offers pleasant one-bedroom and one-bedroom with office condos directly across the street from the MU campus. Set in park-like surroundings, this professional complex is Columbia’s closest to the med school, vet school, law school, life sciences and other parts of campus. It is quiet, but offers the vitality of nearby MU campus life.

Oakwood Terrace is a six-unit building of spacious one-bedroom apartments. It is located directly east of MU on Business 63 South between Broadway and Stadium Boulevard. A city bus stops directly in front of the building. If you prefer to make the 5-minute drive to MU, we offer free parking across the street from campus. You can also walk or bike the new trail to campus.

The two-bedroom duplex house is located in Central West Columbia near the West Broadway D & H drugstore in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The two one-bedroom apartments are located in Central West Columbia and East Campus.
