All of our undergrad units are leased for 2010 -2011. We want to welcome and express our appreciation to all new tenants for choosing us for your housing needs.
If you missed out getting one of our premium places this year, get on our 2011- 2012 FIRST CALL list now by e-mailing info@denice.com or calling 573.445.1892. You will have first chance to see and lease one of our really nice MU Campus houses or apartments for Fall 2011.
Graduate & Professional Students, Post-Docs
We reserve Ashley Ridge and Oakwood Terrace units just for you. Ashley Ridge units are especially convenient if you want to walk to campus. The quiet one-bedroom units at Oakwood Terrace have a great close-to-campus location with free parking near campus. To apply, E-mail us or call 573.445.1982.
