All our undergraduate units are leased for 2010 – 2011. We welcome and express our appreciation to all new and continuing tenants for choosing Warnken Properties for your housing needs next year.

You will have first chance to see and lease one of our really nice MU Campus houses or apartments for Fall 2011. We are the tenant recommended landlord in Columbia.
